1. Return and Exchange Period

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange your purchase. If you are not happy with your jewelry, you may initiate a return or exchange within this 30-day window. We ask that you ensure the item is in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Jewelry Condition: Jewelry must be in its original condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Items must be returned with all original packaging, including boxes, bags, and certificates (if applicable).

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Receipt: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, must be presented for all returns or exchanges.

3. Return Process

To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: We will issue you a return authorization (RA) number, which must be included with the returned item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  3. Shipping the Item: Securely package the jewelry and ship it back to us at the following address:

    You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns, unless the item is defective or damaged during transit.

  4. Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria. We will notify you of the status of your return.

4. Refund Process

Upon approval of your return, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.

  • Partial Refunds: If the jewelry shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund or deny the return altogether.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund based on your preference. Please include photos of the damage or discrepancy to expedite the process.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you can do so within the 30-day return window. The exchange process is similar to a return. You will need to return the original item and place a new order for the item you want to exchange for.

7. International Returns

For customers outside of the United States, we accept returns and exchanges. However, please note that you are responsible for international shipping costs. Additionally, customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are non-refundable.
